  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room. We stay at this hotel at least twice a year because of visiting family living in Seward. - The hotel was very clean and comfortable.   Our view from the room was wonderful, we watched the sea otters play in the harbor between the docks. Beautiful snow covered mountains in the background. Window open to the east to watch the sunrise. We could walk to shop & eat, saving gas and getting a little exercise. - The views are always great. If your from the Lower 48 this is not a 5 ... what people say » star hotel. If you want clean, dry, warm close to places to eat and the fishing harbor this is it. I stay here a few times a year and have always been comfy

  Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Continental breakfast included was simple but nice. Clean and neat rooms, but not luxury. Plenty of sleeping space with two beds and a pull-out chair. Mini-fridge with microwave. Balcony with chairs and nice view of mountains, harbor, and campground. Easy walking distance to all parts of Seward: dining, shopp... what people say » ing, hiking, entertainment, etc. - Great place, friendly staff. Little balcony in front, watched some kiddos playing baseball. Walking distance to pier, good food at chinooks, clean, convienient, great stay. Small continental breakfast but filling. Fan in room. Would definitely stay again. Glad we booked.
