The rooms are basic, but an excellent value in Sedona for the money. The beds were very comfortable. Good air conditioner (a must in the summer!). Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on activities and places to eat. They were also happy to work with us on our late arrival to the property. Refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, and flat screen tv in room. Within walking distance to some very good restaurants. Ample power outlets for charging electronics. Free, and good, wifi conne.
all reviews » Excellent location. Caring, friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our well-being, to assign a new room to us following the government shut-down. Clean and comfortable room, lots of space, everything WORKS. We are planning to come back with our consorts to this very hotel. We liked the location; central to everything. We liked the fridge and microwave in the room to save on meals. We liked the clean comfort after a day of hiking. We came to see nature, not spend time in the room, so while it is an older structure, it was perfect for our needs. Delightful and very helpful owner. Adapted to an error made by us in our booking dates with charm and understanding. Very quick Wifi, good hairdryer, strong shower pressure and comfortable bed all the points that are important to me. Great view of mountain from the window. The managment was friendly, very acommodating, and they take pride in their place. We enjoyed the mountain view from our small patio and conversations with the owners. Convienent location on main strip outside of shopping district. Would book here again when in the area. Owner was super helpful, gave me great suggestions and directions, and the room was absolutely spotless. View off my patio was amazing. I felt like I got a great deal, quite a gem for the money. Super easy to park and get in and out. Close to everything in Sedona. I stayed at a few places in Sedona - this was our favorite. Good price, very clean and spacious, and great wifi. It is not a fancy place by any means, but it has the essential basics and presents them well for a price well below most Sedona hotels. Very agreeable manager..very helpful in getting me settled when I asked for a ground level room. Plus, when I accidentally left my laptop charger, he went the extra mile to contact me to let me know they had found it and how to set up its return. Check in was efficient. The old heater in the room generated more noise than heat. Housekeeping needed to pay a little more attention to details. nothing. No breakfast but that's OK, too. He just didn't have the room there for it. could be closer to the town, but having a car makes it easier to reach any point in Sedona. Not many modern conveniences, hampered by space limitations in room. Small bath towels, paper coffee cups, weak wifi. Ice maker was broken and going up and down stairs. nothing. Parking a little inconvenient. parking is uncertain at first, only due to restaurant activity. Could prune trees to improve view further!. Man outside asking to buy beer from me if I had any. no fridge in room extra luggage rack would be nice. Small bathroom sink. A bit shabby. Uncomfortable toilet seat, very low sink, rough/ towels. The only Windows on the room were a small one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door which is nice but you probably don't want to leave out open for security reasons and of on the ground floor for privacy. Not the best location,but good enough. only 1 large towel supplied for 2 adults. I guess a pool would be nice. Although we wouldn't have used it because Sedona has so much more to offer than hanging out by a pool.
