Staff was outstanding from check in to check out. Hotel is very well kept, good layout, & great central Sedona west location. Near Uptiwn, shops, galleries & places to eat without having hassle if crowds too near. Excellent Reds place to eat, it drinks late afternoon. Entertainment Saturday night was quite good. Room was clean and prepared specifically for our needs before arrival. The staff was friendly, helpful and prompt! Rooms are very nice and it was quiet even though there was a 'festival' being held there.
