the beds were very comfortable. the location. the price. I liked the fridge and microwave in the room. Location and price. Bed was comfortable. Great service when needing something. Friendly staff. Economical. Great bang for the buck. clean, quiet. Really nothing they over charge you.my room was 145.00 for a double queen room. Which should have been around 70.00. The heater takes all night to heat up. So you needed extra clothes to stay warm. Its not worth the money at all. Leave this as a last resort.
all reviews » Personal was friendly. Furniture was old but room itself was clean and nice. Can recommend for 1 night if you drive trough. Cheap, close to Monterey, Wifi works perfectly well, comfortable beds. Good location close to Monterey. clean room. cheap. The outside appearance was very cute and clean. The staff was nice. The location was perfect. Good location. Quiet. Ok for a short stay. Location. Nothing the motel wax filthy dirty rugs actually black spots my older son and his wife left to another hotel. Had we not had smaller children we would have left too. Nothing!!!!!. no remote to tv. no kleenex. I didn't like the 11 am check out. I stayed on a Saturday and here it is Tuesday but the room charge has not been taken from my account. The bedspread was old and smelled funky. Breakfast was coffee-which was fine. However all there was to eat was a muffin that had been cut in fours. Same as above nothing's was good. And I was cold all night. The neighbourhood is a little weird. No hairdryer. Could be a little cleaner, breakfast is not really breakfast (muffins, juice and coffee). Towels, pool area. beakfast included was considered to be quarter muffin and a coffee. thats not breakfast!. small room. There were holes in the doors pipes coming out the mirror in the bathroom was cracked the microwave and frigerator were a joke. The top blanket had cigarette burns. The shower curtain had what looked like blood stains. No clock, facal tissue or coffee in the room... For 200 a night I should have got at least that. Towels were very thin and rough. Pool was empty and a dirty diaper was left on the bottom of it. Products in the room were the cheapest of anything I have ever used. Rock hard bed. Room smelled funny. Towels where like sandpaper. Bed was harder than the floor. wifi signal was weak. And the tv flickered and rolled. Old and very worn. Noisy Run down. loud, room was dusty. The shower didn't drain,front window didnt lock,towels and linens where dirty,the key didn't work properly,tv had only about 10 chnls no HBO as advertice , the manager came inside the room with out knocking ,tha staff was rude, not happy at all I wouldn't stay here again or recommend to any one to do so. This motel had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even though it was cheap, it was not worth the money. Anywhere else would be better than here.
