We booked the King Deluxe room. From letsbookhotel.com the value was awesome for San Fran. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and far uptodate than standard hotel rooms, iphone docking on the clock, widescreen tv, DirectTV... Yes I said DirectTV. Although the room was cozy in size it's location is perfect. Just around the corner from the Cable Cars, Street Cars, and Bart system access. And right in the middle from all the shops.

There's no contenental breakfast but hey it's San Fran, it only forces you to get out and explore the hundreds of cafes around the area. I suggest The Barbary Coast around the corner on Cyril Magnin st. The things I didn't like are minor and more than compensated for by the value and location. The window is tiny, meaning the room was dark. There was mould under the rim of the bathroom sink. The hallway and to lesser extent the room had a slightly stale smell. When I got to the hotel they had said the reservation was for only 2 nights. Had I not printed out my reservation from letsbookhotel.com I'm not sure if I would have been able to stay for the entire stay. Another thing, though the room was a Queen, and I said it was a cosy room, there wasn't much space to move. That the Trip went to quick!. Lack of gym. Water pressure in shower. Noisy, but tolerable. Lots of sirens. More specifically a garbage truck came by at ~4:00 am with its beep beep on and emptied a dumpster nearby. The cost of parking is outrageous! If you're planning a few day or longer stay be prepared to fork over some serious money for your vehicles stay too. I'm not even going to get into the discussion of waiting for your car to arrive. Holy frustration!! A lobby full of upset people every day isn't a great concept. Especially when they've just financed a loan for parking costs!!. Room and bathroom were super small, we were on the 2nd story w/ a lot of noise from the street (bring your silicone earplugs and you should be ok). Parking was $40/night !!. No breakfast, poor internet, the bed room is quite small. the window unit AC. the cramped space. The price of parking. Internet was slow in the business centre. The AC - unit was so noisy and it didn't work very well. We try one day the italian restaurant next to the hotel and we found a huge cockroach in both dishes, disgustting. Breakfast not included. I wish there was a bathtub/shower not just shower option. The room was a little small too, but very cute and clean. You can hear the pigeons in the morning hanging out on the windows. The sign & address were difficult to spot not being familiar with the street. iron didn't work, no big deal. Pigeons walking noisily on the in-window AC unit, Loud elevator. not much to complain about!. nothing, the room could have been bigger, it was a tight squeeze but great non the less. the room was a bit noisy. smallish rooms. Internet connection. Nothing. Price was a bit high due to timing: Salesforce convention. clubs across the road. Beds weren't super comfortable. Sofa in room was worn out/ shabby and needed to be replaced. Room was a bit small and the bathroom very small. Nothing, really. Can be quite noisy at times (street noise) The coffee mugs were not always clean (coffee stains). snail pace internet. Nothing. Too noisy. Parking access. Lack of parking lot. not enough mirrors in the room. That they did not have bedroom slippers.
