everyone was very accomodating and Grace upgraded our room to a king wich was wonderful. location, location, location. closeness to the Alamo. Parking was $24.00 a day. There was no actual hotel parking. It waseither metered parking or valet parking in a parking lot with no cover.a few nit-picky things . . . iron was rusty, TV remote didn't work. pay for internet access.
