The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Definetly a great thing to have a kitchen space especially when you have little ones. The hotel is greatly located by the riverwalk right by all the good restaurants and a childrens museum is across the street. Overall great staff and great location!!! Great views!!. The location was perfect. No more than 15min to the tourist sites. Staff was very friendly and attentive to requests. Although the pool was small we had it to ourselves most of the time. Rooms were clean, house keeping did a good job.

We booked our hotel through letsbookhotel.com for $139. When we got out bill to check out, the hotel hadn't valued our price and was overcharging our stay. After showing them out email confirmations they didn't hesitate to honor our reservation. The pool is very small and is indoors. We traveled with a party of 15 and were unable to all access the pool because only a few at a time fit. The key card never worked more than once. I had to go down everyday to get new ones or get them to fix them. Parking is expensive 24.90 a day. I suggest you park across for a flat rate of 9 but with no in and out privileges. Parking was a little steep but the valet was great. The breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Only one elevator working, too much traffic for one one elevator. Small pool!. Being sent to a room with guests already in it and having to go back down with all my luggage and then back up again. Hard to park without valet. Bill was more than I thought and it was not hotel's fault. It was was letsbookhotel.com's fault.. Total price bolded at 294.30. Rest of total price-taxes- in small print, This is misleading. Elevators, pool out of order. Do not trust this hotel with your credit card! They have double billed me, and even though they admit that, they are blaming my credit card company for holding the funds for going on 10 days after my stay now. I have contacted them numerous times, they say they will call me back and they do not. I have never had any problems with my credit card company before.
