Everything - It felt like a home away from home. I was traveling with my boy (ten) to see Comic Con. People went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was fabulous. Our toilet didn't flush and someone was there to fix it in minutes. The pool was great for my little guy. The beds were comfortable. Seriously, the whole experience was terrific. This hotel was excellent, the rooms were very clear and the beds very comfortable and the staff were warm and very friendly. The selection of food on offer at breakfast was also very varied, and the dinning area was very spacious. Nice touches like having coffee tea and hot chocolate available in the reception area was very much appreciated.

When checking in the payment for the complete stay was charged at my creditcard, however the payment policies stated that all payments are done at the hotel and no prepayments had to be made. Moreover I had agreed with my roommate that I would pay half of costs and he would do the other half. The positive thing is that the hotel transferred back half of the fee, however it was very unfortunate that it was just performed after my creditcard was charged by the bank. Congestion at front desk area during construction. was under renovation when I was there. It is slightly far from downtown by walking. Limited choice for healthy breakfast.
