  It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 for us an our adult child, and another room for or son's family. We were told the hotel was quite full, but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2 doors apart from each other - Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

  I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit was that it was a five minute walk to the Blue Line train station that took me into the city. The proximity to the train station as well as the free airport shuttle allowed me to avoid renting a vehicle. Al - Staff were friendly and obliging. Room was large and comfortable.   It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress
