  comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

  Price was reasonable. Breakfast, though not remarkable, was very convenient and enjoyed by the kids. Felt safe there. Convenient to O'hare. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 for us an our adult child, and another room for or son's family. When we made the reservation on line, we requested rooms near each other, but upon arrival were given rooms on the 2nd an... what people say » d 5th floors. We were told the hotel was quite full, but after a couple of minutes, they were able to get us a room only 2 doors apart from each other - Location is very good and the service is very good as well. We can leave our luggage in the Holiday inn for 4 days for free. The luggage storage service is very convenient for foreign visitors. As a reminder, if you have got O'hare airport, you need to call the Holiday Inn Express and ask for the shuttle to pick up you. Since we waited for around 1 hour and at last called the Holiday Inn Express for shuttle bus service.

  I loved having the extra space that the one bedroom suites provide. As I was only there overnight and had a Sunday morning flight I really appreciated its location close to O'Hare. Another terrific benefit was that it was a five minute walk to the Blue Line train station that took me into the city. The proximity to the train station as well as the free airport shuttle allowed me to avoid renting a vehicle. Al - Staff were friendly and obliging. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was great after a long trip. Room service was fast and efficient. They provided a baby cot as requested and it was really comfortable for the little one.

  This hotel was great, in a great location - only a 5 min walk from a huge supermarket and main train, which takes about 35 mins to get to downtown, but goes through some awesome little places, with good shops n food.   It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress
