  The bartender in Star Light lounge - Cami is her name, was sooooo incredibly kind, and gives such great customer service! We never had to want for anything when she was there. Loved it!!! We also loved the Oyster Bar for our meals (except Breakfast of course). Really hard to beat the fresh seafood! You can't get that just anywhere! Great idea! This will be one of o - The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was super clean, had a great flat screen TV, incredibly comfortable beds and a Keurig coffee machine with lots of coffee and tea to enjoy! The First Nations Art throughout the hotel was wonderful to see and enjoy. It has an awesome pool and spa. The Island Grill restaurant serves delicious breakfasts and they are very reasonably priced. I will stay there again!

  Beautiful facility, elegant lobby. Lots of high quality oak finish work in all public spaces. Rooms and beds were comfortable, and very quiet. My room had a balcony overlooking the gardens and pools. The landscaping of the facility is outstanding, really beautiful.   From the time I checked in until I left, I was really impressed with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice!!! I was actually quite surprised.... The last time I was there was back in 1980. I expected the rooms to be old and outdated...quite the opposite. - Easy location for walking downtown and lake access.
