She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.

  The hotel has lots of charm and the rooms are very spacious. Also the staff were very friendly. The complimentary wine evenings are great and the adjoing Cafe Lladro serves great coffees and cakes. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. - The hotel was lovely, the staff extremely helpful.

  The bed was comfy...the room was clean..the bath towels were great and the shower was wonderful. The desk help were efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good too! - Good bed, clean facilities, good coffee in breakfast area. Excellent suggestions on where we should eat.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian the night manager got me out of a pickle with junk food machine a couple of times. I think it was a bit entertaining for him too. - The staff were quite nice and friendly and gave us some great travel advice for next time. I wish that we could have stayed another night in a bit nicer room!

  this is a very well restored historical hotel. it was very comfortable in a nice small downtown area. I was able to sleep with the window open and was not bothered by any noise all night. try that in the big city. there are several local wine, brewery and great dining establisments to enjoy there. they even gave me tickets to the very well refurbi... what people say » shed movie theater. it is obvious that the people there have worked very hard to rebuild there little town into a very pleasent destination spot. I a - I loved the freindly staff and the personal attention. The local shops were unique and friendly also. I would definitly stay there again.

  We loved staying at Salish Lodge. The room was spacious and had a private balcony and a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom with doors that opened into the sleeping area. The therapeutic pools were so nice. The location is simply spectacular for viewing the waterfall! The restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was so worth it!   We called to confirm the special arrangements to protect husband's asthma needs. letsbookhotel.com did not provide the notes to the lodge. They said this always occurred. The lodge did a fantastic job of taking the requested precautions I gave them directly. They were the best I've ever met. We came back Mon. Nite and Doug Smith was especiall - The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.

  Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. Without us even asking, the receptionist checked the availability of the room and allowed ... what people say » us to check into our room straight away. After travelling all the previous day and night it was a wonderful feeling to walk into that beautiful room f - The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge. The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel
