Customer service is wonderful! our apartment didn't come with a log, so we called the front desk, and they brought the log right away, on thanksgiving night! what a nice and warm staff. -

This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. -

The warm welcome, the peace, the views, the deer in the garden, the cat and the chats with Robert at Breakfast, the birds on the lake opposite our window. Leticias welcoming hugs when we first arrived. Just far enoght out of Port Townsend not to be worreid by the Thanksigivng visitors but near enough to enjoy the feel of the town. In fact everyhting was just perfect.

The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.
Friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms (get a lake view) and good food but you need to book the restaurants. -

I liked how conviniently located this hotel was to the WaMu theater. We went to an event there that weekend and only had to walk 10 minutes to get there! Not have to worry about a taxi or anything. I liked that there was a wide variety of restaurants around the area and that we were able to walk around a lot rather than drive.
