We chose to stay in one of the cabins-and loved it!! We could come and go to meet the low tides. Lots of beach & surf to check out there, but also had access to other local beaches in vicinity.....including Ruby Beach. Although there were no tvs in cabins, they had a room in the lodge set up with a tv for guests to watch SEAHAWKS football on Sunday. We appreciated that!! There were a lot of fans staying at the lodge. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We (my daughter and I) wi. all reviews »
I stayed here a few years ago and the cabins were a bit run down. I love the new look. They are still rustic, but so clean and comfortable.
I love the cabins. This is my second time staying in one and think having the ocean in your front year is the greatest.
Location, location, location.
We were very pleasent sorprise with the great meal from their restaurant, very, very good.
The cabins were log cabin, built with ocean view. Short, brisk walk from
the beach to the forest,.
Loved the view and the quaint, comfortable cabins. Beach was awesome.
The entire facility including the staff. Very friendly and helpful.
The proximity to the beach was excellent.
The Beach and Forest Hiking.
location and ambiance.
Isolation.
It was clean and the Cabins were nice.
The food was great, but expensive. Would they consider a "kids menu" or an entrée menu for finicky eaters (kids mostly).
Staff were not very informed about their services, over the phone or in
person. Restaurant was unreasonably high in cost, $61.00 for a
couple's lunch.
Access to beach especially for elderly people having to climb over logs. Perhaps a little chain saw work could open the path a little more. Prices seem a bit high.
The food wasn't anything special and the menu was fairly standard.
nothing.
Lack of dynamic weather phenomenon.
It was very expensive in my opinion.
