I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. -

So clean and everything seemed brand new. Kitchenette had a full fridge, stove, dishes, silverware, and dishwasher. The free breakfast buffet was amazing! I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms
