  The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.   We chose to stay in one of the cabins-and loved it!! We could come and go to meet the low tides. Lots of beach & surf to check out there, but also had access to other local beaches in vicinity.....including Ruby Beach. Although there were no tvs in cabins, they had a room in the lodge set up with a tv for guests to watch SEAHAWKS football on... what people say » Sunday. We appreciated that!! There were a lot of fans staying at the lodge. The staff were very nice and accommodating. We (my daughter and I) wi - I stayed here a few years ago and the cabins were a bit run down. I love the new look. They are still rustic, but so clean and comfortable.

  The Doormen were fabulous and very service oriented. Cute note on the mirror from one of the cleaning staff wishing us a great day.. COFFEE IN THE LOBBY...can't even believe I didn't put that first! THANK YOU! The fresh apples everyday in the lobby were a very nice touch. Love how dog friendly this hotel is...and a treat to s - Huge suite. Had a large amount of room to spread out and for the baby to have separate sleeping space. Hotel furnished a pack n play and fan upon request. Wine happy hour was great everyday and especially on weekend with live music. Staff were very helpful and friendly except for the day of check-out which I hope was a fluke.
