  Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. The staff were friendly and gave us directions to the Ferris Wheel. This hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted to go.   The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.   The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

  This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits... what people say » . Lake view is best and they will move you there if unavailable at time of booking but comes available later, if you ask. Very helpful, professional s - Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.

  Location was good if you like walking. We walked to Pike Place Market and monorail without any problems. Monday to Thursday you get a free meal at night between 5-7 pm with beer and wine. It was great. Breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea available all day long. Our king size bed was very comfy. Was able to go anywhere downtown and what was not in walking distance, the monorail and light rail stations were very close. I liked the elevator security - you needed a key to swipe to allow you to push the floor buttons.
