Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was very nice. Restaurant catered to the guests. Having special little plates for a snack after the play at the theatre across the street; just the thing we were looking for at a great price. Bell staff was very nice and able to provide us with all the information we requested. I loved the bathroom. They had a big tub and a separate walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and gave us directions to the Ferris Wheel. This hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted to go. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend!.

The Dragonfish restaurant which is attached isn't as clean as it should be and is way overpriced, especially for breakfast. Terribly uncomfortable pillows. No vending machines, not even for drinks. There was no bar in the room. There were a few problems with the television, but the service man promptly did fix the problem. The bathroom was smaller than I prefer. Sometimes had to wait too long at front desk, but it was a very busy weekend at this hotel...so it wasn't too bad. Rooms a little small, in room coffee was awful. A lot of construction noise, but that can not be avoided. I spent an additional 85 $ more than I thought it was going to be. $30 for valet parking and the rest in taxes and fees. Expensive but probably worth it. Parking costs are way too high...I Wish the hotel would have discounted the overnight rate to park in the garage. Nothing, will back again in the future. No free breakfast. Nothing!. Our first stay was reasonably priced at just over $100 (plus taxes per night), this stay was twice that (plus taxes per night)... :(. There was nothing I didn't like. I had to pay $20 for parking. The housekeeping staff did not always replace the soap or coffee. Had to make an emergency international phone call and the rates were outrageous . It wasn't listed anywhere what the charges were.....$17 A minute. To be fair the front desk staff negotiated with the phone company for a reduction which was appreciated. Disclosure on calling rates should be available. Nothing. Nothing to criticize. Parking was an additional $30 for the night. there is no open pofee of the breakfast it would make a great difference. The staff, not friendly. nothing. Small breakfast menu, although what they had was great. Weekend Bar should include some egg-white drinks. The view The tv not working The price was expensive. Nothing really. I twice made a request of the front desk staff and both times were told they were handling it only to find out later that neither was handled. Nothing bad to say. AC system was a bit noisy. parking. The vending machine could have some healthier snacks options like almonds or Kind bars. My room was behind the elevators and I could hear them during the night.
