  Staff was great. We had a lot of luggage and a car to return. Gave us easy directions to rental car facility, we hopped on the rental shuttle back to the terminal and John picked us up and stopped by two restaurants to check on wait times. We had an excellent meal and John returned and was waiting when we lef - The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in.   The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.   The beds were very comfortable. I have a very bad back, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.. - We had a suite and it was very nice and clean. It was super quiet so it was perfect.

It was very nice to be able to take the airport shuttle to the light rail station and go to downtown Seattle. - Large and clean room and bath. Good and various continental breakfast.   The service was friendly and very helpful. The pool was great. The restaurant food was very good. The courtesy breakfast was nice and the service fast. Great stay. - The swimming pool was perfect-one of the best hotel pools I've seen--huge, clean, and at 85 degrees. Perfect for kids or lap swimming. The pool gets a 10.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. The bed was excellent. - Staff, location in downtown ... what people say » made everything walkable, and the beautiful surroundings that made it feel special and comfortable. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.
