The entire staff (Bruce, Maik, Dave and housekeeping) is absolutely delightful, considerate and go out of their way to make our entire stay comfortable. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time. Nice room and it was quiet. Probably the best thing was breakfast and the pass to the local Athletic club. Plus... the hot tub! Very nice. We were visiting friends and this was the perfect place to spend a night away from home. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was very clean and easy to find. I liked that coffee or tea was available at all times in the lobby with a nice place to sit in the dining room and relax, cookies were delicious! And the coffee was good! Nice place, and if I'm in Spokane again, I will stay at the Quality Inn.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.
