The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional.
I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available?
He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why.
I don't need a handicap room just yet but as I get older I just might.
He also let us know about their breakfas

Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

The staff was incredible and very relateable. We even extended our trip an extra night and they were very accommodating. We felt right at home. -
Location along the Columbia River. Our views were very relaxing, watching ducks, birds etc. Quiet environment.

My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door. One thing we both noticed is the comfort of the beds and pillows in their rooms. When away, we stay in very comfortable

Staying at Stratford Suites was like having a short term apartment, even as short of a stay as one night. It had creature comforts and if we had not made plans for dinner, we probably would have been more than happy to cook together at the hotel. We all felt very "at home" there and it was fairly close to the downtown Spokane city center.

Upon checking in, I was exhausted from traveling (sale rep) and the
gentleman checking me in (forgive me I can't recall his name) was
wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. He took time to answer my
questions and even suggested an upgrade. I liked the offer. He is also

Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool and breakfast bar were big hits with my kids. They aren't easily impressed. -

The breakfast was the greatest. Our room saved us from having to get two rooms by having a queen sleeper sofa in a little alcove with sliding doors for privacy. It fit a family with two teenage daughters perfectly. -
The help was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best complimentary that I have had.

The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

Well-run hotel with strong and friendly service and a great location near Pike's Market and all downtown attractions. Lux Suite with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by french doors was good for our family of four. Great restaurant choices within one block including Cafe Lola in the lobby.
