  We booked to stay here for 1 night on the way through St Thomas to the bvi. We arrived about 9pm at night very tired from a long journey and the lovely warm welcome from Reception was greatly appreciated. We ate straight away in the bar over looking the harbour - again the staff couldn't be friendlier and the food great - room was excellent - very... what people say » spacious and clean. Joe the taxi driver took us to the fast Road Town Ferry in the morning and he was lovely too. Great location for getting the fast - Again stayed here for one night on the way back from bvi before flying home to uk. Got another very warm and friendly welcome from the front desk. Room was lovely and clean and spacious. We ate in The Room With a View restaurant which was lovely - food and service excellent. We walked to town in the morning for a brief shopping experience before heading to the airport - hotel very good at checking us out promptly and keeping hold of our luggage whilst we shopped. Great location, friendly staff

  The room that I had was quite small but comfortable. It was very convenient for the purpose for which I used it - came in late and headed to bed. There was a TV in case I had wanted to watch it. The bathroom facilities were shared with other guests, but I did not have to see anyone else or wait in line to use these facilities. The whole establishm... what people say » ent was clean; the doors to the rooms were colorfully painted with fish and birds, etc. On the whole a very nice hotel with staff who were friendly an - Very good location and very friendly staff. Go only some minutes downhill to Vendors Plaza, where many taxis and safari taxis can be found, and to the large (mainly tourist) shopping and eating area of Main Street and the waterfront. Uphill and stairs to room were doable for us, a young couple. Staff helped with information about the island and were friendly and in a good mood.
