  Clean, newly refurbished room. TV, internet, coffee maker, safe box and good toilet,bath/shower room. Bed was excellent! Staff were kept very busy but remained pleasent and friendly. The secure room for stowing bags was a great help, both before checking in and after checking out. - location, location, location.   Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great. ... what people say » The two-bedroom suite we had was just ideal for us and our three sons - it was so nice to have a lounge where we could all meet up at the end of the d - The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately.   Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

  Great location, most Manhattan locations are reachable even by foot, safe area - Location, morning paper during weekdays, friendly staff, excellent services, big room, no charge for extra bed for a child, coffee maker in the room..., not operating swimming pool was compensated with American buffet breakfast during the whole stay
