The best hotel experience I have ever had. Marvellous staff, good breakfast, always something to eat and drink in Rick´s Cafe. Quiet rooms, luxury bathrooms, cleaning every day, very polite staff, the best situated hotel in town right in the middle of everything. Enjoyed and appreciated complimentary wineandcheese offered before show, allowed us have leisurely late meal after show. Breakfast was great. We were able to leave our luggage to shop for a while the next day, which was very helpful. Overall REALLY liked hotel, would go back!!

Hotel 414 was great! We visited in July 2013 for 8 days. We found all the staff to be super friendly and helpful. They gave us several maps, made recommendations for nearby restaurants and Broadway shows and helped us book our train to DC. The breakfast was great! 1.Great location in Midtown, it's right near everything; broadway shows,public transport, numerous restaurants, etc.
2. It's quiet; we had a room on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard and there was little noise from outside, or, from other rooms
3. It's reasonably priced. We stayed for 11 days and the total accommodation bill was great for a central Manhattan hotel
4. It feels more like a B & B than a big hotel which I much preferred
5. A good continental breakfast was included in the room

The concierge was very helpful, and the cleaning staff even took the trouble to put fresh ice in our ice bucket, where I was trying to keep a container of yogurt fresh. We booked initially for the location and were amazed at how many other benefits there were to staying at The Michaelangelo.

Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I will stay here again, and always recommend this hotel

Location, location, location ! It's the strongest advantage of Hilton TS, close to Times Square, Broadway, two subway stations and all main sightseeings, the center of everything in NYC. Comfortable big clean room with good view. Staff is usefull and quick. Price is reasonable. Strongly recommend as base in NYC !

Hilton Garden Inn Times Square is a very good hotel in New York City with an excellent location on 48th Street which is prime. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home and very comfortable. I stayed with friends and had a great stay. Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. Overall a very good expereince and I will undoubtedly like to stay in the hotel every time I go and strongly recommend to people.

Every thing was perfect , I have liked the staff attitude and kindness, they were very helpful and appreciative of the fact that we were Muslims and don' t eat ham so they served my family the required food during breakfast without pork( which they coud have apologized for not providing) also my wife lost her credit card and they helped us contact

I went to nyc for a weekend just to visit art museums, I chose Hampton
Inn as it is walking distance to MoMa. Thanks to Sandra's advice,
clear instructions and map, I easily found my way to 5 other museums.
Sandra also gave me a tooth brush and sewing ket (I lost a button and
forgot my toothbrush). Loved the big bowl of apples at the front desk,
and although coffee in rooms I loved the 24 hour coffee station (as

we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger.
the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way.
The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july.
the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

This was a perfect spot for us. We wanted to be close to the Thanksgiving day parade from which we flew in from Boston to see. Our hotel wasn't in the mob of millions of people but located just behind the crowd so all we needed to do was go back to the hotel to use the amenities. The best surprise was the excellent food as the adjacent restaraunt

The conceierge (Gerry) was particularly helpfull with our restaurant and helicopter flight bookings. The chocolates on the pillows every evening and following days weather report was a nice touch. Well stocked mini bar. Free morning papers.
