  Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very very nice. By far my favorite hotel in Galveston. I live in Beaumont TX only a couple of hours away. Been to Galveston too many times to count and have stay - The Galvez Hotel is a beautiful old hotel that has been magnificently restored and kept up to date. It is right on the seawall and beach and has a rich and interesting history. I like that this is prominently displayed and guests are made aware of its history. We especially enjoyed the older gentlemen curator in the lower level where a lot of pictures and artifacts are displayed. This gentlemen should be specially acknowledged as he brought the history and stories to life.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. - Room was modern , well appointed and very clean. Food was good and restaurant personnel were excellent.

I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. Come to find out we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( - Location convenient to the Galleria and I- 635 / us 75 convergence.   We were going to be stranded at dfw Airport during the ice storm and decided to book a hotel room before it got so bad that we could not get a cab. We booked the Sheraton on letsbookhotel.com and we are so glad we did. The staff here has been over the top amazing, even making arrangements for us to be able to get out after the second day to go and... what people say » purchase some items and clothes since all of our luggage was still at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for excellen - The staff were professional in their jobs. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. The pool was a good size with nice grounds. The hotel was very clean. The courtesy bus was a big help as we were strangers to the area.
