  The hotel was clean and secure and the free breakfast was very welcoming indead with plenty to chose from they also had a member of staff making sure everything was fresh. There is a restaunt affering a free limo service that pick you up and drop back off free of charge. This was the last of our tour from New York to Memphis staying in 7 different - Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower) was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

  Although I was skeptical to book based on other reviews, I'm glad I did. It seemed that the good reviews were for the "renovated side" and the bad reviews were for the much older hotel side.
