  Due to a last-minute cancellation elsewhere, we were lucky enough to find a room for 5 people at The Hilton Nashville. The staff at this hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, all had amazing customer service skills. They were all professional, polite and probably some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel. The rooms were very clean, the hotel lobby was beautiful and the artwork throughout was gor - Recently renovated to a suite like configuration. Tasteful modern styling. Excellent shower facility. Comfortable beds.

  great facilities for a good price! loved the full-service kitchen WITH all pots, pans, utensils, etc included...we were on a road trip and it was awesome to eat a home-cooked meal! big, clean rooms, very close to beale street. extremely friendly staff. would stay again in a heartbeat!

  The Sheraton had not received our reservation from letsbookhotel.com, but the woman at the desk handled everything quickly and was very friendly. She honored our promised rate and got us in a room early. Also, the night desk workers and valets helped me get medicine late at night when my fiance got sick.
