  The staff was very professional and courteous. Even when I asked to purchase some Twix from the front counter and the rep politely informed me that they did not sell any twigs. That I could have any that I wanted on the outside grounds. Even though he misunderstood me. He didn't look at me like an idiot or insult me.   The resort had great staffing service. Their behaviors were very professional and personable even down to the grounds keeper and maintenance crew. Their attitudes reflected an open and friendly environment with a willingness to help!   Perfect location in Nashville for attractions such as The Grand Ol Opry and Orpyland. Further convenient due to it's easy access to freeway, relative distance to downtown (10 minutes tops) and the airport (15 minutes). In comparison to Gaylords Opryland Resort (1 mile away), this Best Western is a steal, especially considering bw is a Suites hotel... what people say » . The other small (but important) thing I noticed was the shower. Nice, high shower head (near 7 feet), wonderful water pressure, and large stream pat - This motel is clean, friendly, very well located literally across the street from the Grand Ole Opry. They offered a shuttle, which is a gray line bus, that will take you to the opry for a fee of $5/person round trip. This was a great idea. It saved us from the stress of locating exactly where to park and driving thru all the traffic after the show. The shuttle driver was very friendly, and gave us a verbal tour of local restaurants etc as we passed them on our route.
