Everything. Room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated.
Breakfast was help yourself and they had tried to think of everything you could possible need. Hotel is located very near the beach and there are a few restaurants right near by.

On our New England Tour we stayed here for the first night. The hotel is
not far from the highway, nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff,
has a swimming pool, a fitness room and a small store. Breakfast was
good and there was free coffee, tea or hot chocolate 24/7. -

Staff was extremely friendly. Agreed that the little food area in the lobby was extremely over priced and the food was not good but the people were so friendly that it almost made up for it! -

An easy stay at a hotel with an excellent location for exploring Newport. My wife and I had a good night's sleep in the huge King-size bed and my baby daughter was in a comfy crib that was provided by the hotel. I'd definitely stay again. -

It had everything that we needed. The staff were especially helpful and informed us that the shuttle would take us to a restaurant for lunch. Since we were really tired of driving by this time and didn't want to try and find a good restaurant, this was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival the concierge paid attention to our personal trip plans and
