  Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. - the staff was very friendly and helpful and very kind to my children. There was an oopsy and the staff was fantastic at correcting the problem!!

  Our room was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness room. The fitness room was nicer than most we've been in. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Room was comfortable and felt like home.

  The staff were incredibly friendly. They even were most helpful about stowing our bikes two nights. We were very pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced, and good, the food and drinks in the bar were. We could not have been happier with our choice.   Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is really clean and with a nice odour. Location of the hotel is amazing especially the view from the top levels is marvellous.   The staff was excellant very personalble. We had just arrived at the philadelphia airport from Paris a long flight and we had a 5 hour drive home. So staying at the renaissance was great for a good nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and room was spacious.and clean We had late snack when we arrived and enjoyed the breakfast the next morning... what people say » . - Staff was extremely friendly. The staff sucked one old skinny white lady claimed she couldn't find us in the system and wanted us to book a room a gain and charge us a gain and I said no and she sai... what people say » d she can't help us and said to step a side so she can help other people, so then this nice African American women helped us and she was able to pull - There was not one thing to like.....but everything to love!!!...From now on, any future bookings will be to stay with my family at a Marriott...top notch in customer service, comfort and value... panoramic view of the city from the presidential suite...first time in Philly and this will not be our last....very highly recommend the Philadelphia Marriott!!!
