  The hotel is in a great location on Lincoln Highway and close to tanger outlets and is a short drive away from the Rockvale Outlets. Something you 'don't' always find though is cleanliness on route to your room. Well, this place was the exception to that. From entering through the door of the Inn, to walking through the halls, to using the elevator, to using the stairs . . . this Inn was clean.   If I could Have clicked excellent for every category I would have. My phone wouldn't let me scroll over. This may have been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. My name was in the system in a strange way, so there was a b... what people say » reif moment of confusion during check-in, so reception immidietely offered me free drink vouchers for the bar. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

We were very pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced, and good, the food and drinks in the bar were. We could not have been happier with our choice.
