The coffee maker did not heat the water. A replacement was given which also didn't heat the water.

(2) The room was comfortable but the furniture needs to be updated, Our in room desk chair needed to be thrown out
(3) No ANIMALS allowed
(4) Housekeeping was good
(5) When our room was not ready the day desk clerk was quick to resolve the problem, and moved us to another room

First thing I noticed was a well lit parking lot. Next was Fast friendly reception on arrival. Quick registration. Rooms and beds clean without bugs or smells. Lots of places to put your things other than the floor. Waffle maker huge hit with the kids. Lots of other breakfast choices, hot and cold. Easy check out. Would stay again. -

I liked the location and easy access off of I-95 South. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel was clean and had an inside elevator to our room. The breakfast was all we needed to start the day and gave us a time and money savings. The view from the motel is beautiful but then again it is Asheville. The value the staff offered on the Biltmore 2-day package was the way to go! We extended our stay and the staff allowed at at the same rate...but forgot to OK our keys...no big deal.
