  Very comfy facilities. A fire going in the lounge with a big couch. There was a dining room with a jazz band playing. There is a cocktail lounge that was relaxing. The rooms were delightfully furnished, pretty wallpaper, a large closet and the bathroom was tiled. Its a very close walk to shops and other restaurants. Our entire experience was top n... what people say » otch and we will definitely stay here again. - We arrived late so the room that we had reserved with two double beds was already gone but they had upgraded us to a room with two queen beds and a small kitchenette with a view of the mountains so that was great. Very friendly staff.The decor was nice and the room and hotel itself was clean.

  the room were in was larger than most hotels have - there was a nice area set aside for kitchenette, a t able and chairs, wifi and ethernet - very nice - Quiet place (not to much noise), friendly staff, clean air, convenient location, kids playground, excellent food and drinks at the bar, pool league.

  The location was perfect for our needs, and the staff could not havebeen more accomodating or friendly.   A fantastic resort, with rates that aren't punitive. The restaurant, with a terrace overlooking the lake, was first-class: a better porterhouse steak cannot be had. Breakfast was classic and generous. The room exemplified basic good taste: clean and neat with a modern walk-in shower that could accommodate two.   The price was great. I also liked that the rooms were warm. The location to the Olympic Arena was outstanding! Staff was very nice and accomodating - Clean bathrooms, clean room, windows that open, walk around balcony (made with timbers), good location.

  Beautiful 19th century house.. Redone... Booked a $100+ room and ended up in old servant quarters!! With a double bed barely fitting into he room..AC Constantly went out as circuits could not cope with several ac window units working at the same time...
