  It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. - Staff were awesome. Second time there second time impressed.

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... what people say » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   I had stayed here before and they had mixed up our reservation. This time I emailed the General Manager directly to ensure that we got the room we had booked. My daughter and son-in-law also booked. The gm ensured me that not only would we get the rooms we booked, we would get adjoining rooms - which we did.   A nice clean comfortable hotel with delightful staff, nice breakfast ( complilmentary) we were there for a gymnastics competition which was very early in the morning and while normal hours for weekend breakfast began at 7am, breakfast was open and ready at 5am to accomadate those who needed to leave early..I will stay here each time we travel for ... what people say » competitions in cortland and will look for other country inn and suites where ever we travel - It was so close to where our son is going to college (SUNY Cortland) We could get him moved in and a short trip, we were relaxing.! Made it a great morning for all of us!!

  staff was friendly, accommodating as I needed assistance as far as the bathroom was concerned. We had a special young man with us who also has disabilities. These were all met with kindness. - Very close to Sunnyside, Lyndhurst, and other historic sites. Quiet and convenient. Excellent staff -- knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

  Price was best of the rated motels/hotels in Cortland Room was comfortable Whomever cleans the room, does a fine job - and also left an animal "towel sculpture" on the bed - I had never seen that before in hotels or motels - thought it was a neat personal touch Good, strong, fast WiFi signal - much better than most hotels/motels. Staff I interac... what people say » ted with were very friendly and courteous - We liked the employee at the front desk when we first arrived at the hotel, there was a big problem with party goers in the hotel where police was had to be called, the host at the desk was very apologetic because she had to relocate us in a different room. All in all in was a good night to stay at the hotel.
