Check in at 1:00 pm was fast, smooth and the Man at the counter was very nice. Our room was great until I noticed the smoke alarm was hanging and water was leaking from it. Then the alarm went off when we had to go get a few things. They put us in another room very quickly. (also please read negative feed back)

were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is
included, but travelers should be aware that this is not a hot
breakfast, and had a very limited selection of items to take with you,
but no tables to eat at (2 types of cereal, bagels, mini muffins,
fruit, and coffee/tea). The hotel is conveniently located about
half a mile from Plymouth State University. Overall an excellent value
for the price.

We appreciated the fact that the gentleman changed our room to one on
the first floor because my mother was using a walker and stairs are
difficult for her. He gave us a suite at no extra charge right in front
by the entryway. That was so kind. He was cheerful about it and even
came in twice to fix our tv'S. -

It is easy to get onto rt 89 in the morning to continue our trip. The staff is pleasant. the breakfast is very good. -
