  This was our first visit to New York. The location is excellent. I travelled with my three daughters and we felt safe. Easy access to subway, shopping and sight seeing. The staff was more than welcoming and extremely helpful. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. Will make sure to stay again. Thanks for making our visit memorable. - when we got... what people say » our first room the door handle was broken and we got stock in the room for a few minutes untill we opened the door. i went to tell that to the staff and they changed the room right away to a bigger more comfortable room. the service was great!

  I enjoyed City Club more than any NYC hotel in which I've stayed in the past (incl. Times Square Westin and Marriott Marquis). When I arrived, the staff had my suitcase inside the hotel before I was even out of the taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful, delicious cookies were left in your room every evening . Location was good if you want to be close to midtown attractions but is quite a hike down to downtown where I wanted to spend most of my time in NY, although it is a nice walk.

If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.

  The location is amazing, 5 min walking distance to Times Square. It was clean, it had WiFi, air conditioning in the living room, hot water in the shower, mini fridge. Great - The apartment was great, very comfort, clean with amazing location, lots of restorants, grocery stores and most importent 1 minute from Time Square - very recomended
