  The rooms were beautifully appointed in contemporary tasteful decor. Comfortable seating. Great flat screen TV. Bed was super comfortable and linens were really elegant. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  What a fabulous hotel. Having stayed in New York several times this has to be my favourite ( and I have paid a damn sight higher prices before!!) The rooms were large, well equipped and stylish.The location was perfect just a ten minute walk from Times Square and the buzz of Central Manhattan and only two blocks from Central Park where we jogged e... what people say » very morning. - Location and the lively athmosphere in lobby with great music and flowers in the vases.The down filled pillows made us sleep like rocks. We had 4 pillows in each bed. Great! Our room was very quit (356)-only the fans could be heard, and that made it a boat like feeling with the distant humming.

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure. The room is elegant and spacious, is at least 600 square feet and includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a large table, a full-sized couch, three walk in closets, a 42" flat screen tv, ... what people say » with plenty of room to spare. - Location was perfect - within walking distance of Central Park,shopping, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway. Quiet street androoms. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and ultra clean; all staff werefriendly, helpful, and excellent in their jobs; it truly felt like ahome away from home, including the fresh flowers in the foyer.   Friendly staff. The hot water in the shower was fine this year so that problem has been remedied and the shower enclosure was new, as well. - Our room, it was raelly good!
