  This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. Our room was an older room and had the Hawaiian bedspread, ph... what people say » otos on the wall. Very nice touch. The mature grounds are beautiful and well kept. Many lounge chairs on the grass area and under trees. It is a 5 m - The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is built upon traditional Hawaiian values and friendliness. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel sponsors a cultural enrichment and community give-back program that encourages its employees to honor their Hawaiian culture and to participate in community ventures. I was particularly impressed with the children's passport activity in which each child is issued a passport with their Hawaiian name. My daughter loved going to the various places, telling her Hawaii

  It is the best location for view. You have the sound of the ocean, and a view that doesn't compare. The one bedroom condo we had was upgraded, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable in every way. It's not a hotel so there's no check-in. Be sure you know your room number before you get there.   This was our first trip to Maui from Canada and I booked our stay at the Courtyard because I knew we would be tired after travelling for so many hours. As it was our flights were delayed and we were so thankful the hotel was only a minute drive from the airport. The staff was excellent and very helpful which made us feel welcome. The following mor... what people say » ning we were again so thankful we had picked the Courtyard because we had to do some shopping and every store we needed, Costco, Walmart, Safeway and - The staff were very helpful with their suggestions on where to go for dinner, etc. I also liked that Starbucks Coffee was on site. Other hotel coffees tend to miss the mark. This is so important when you wake up and need to get your day started! I also loved the onsite laundry facilities - it helps keep clothes fresh since we go through many clothes with the heat and humidity.

  The oceanview is fantastic. What you want to do is simply sitting on the balcony and looking outside, sunrise to sunset, everyday. The view is so amazing that you don't want to go anywhere else. It is very near a small local foodmarket. You can find something special there. And the seller are kind. - Terrific area on Maui. Close to everything yet... what people say » quiet so it really felt like a retreat. There is a good mix of owners and renters at Sugar Beach and got to meet them at the pool. We did get a bit of information from them that was helpful in regard to best places to eat and see.

  It was nice, and quiet . the location was great . it is right on front street close to everything. we eat over at the cheese burger paradise twice once for lunch and then for breakfast. because it is that close .the balcony where nice to sit on. we had an ocean view . we could see the ocean and cheese burger paradise from our balcony. i liked that... what people say » the room wasn't to hot or cold just right . would stay there again. - We love to stay in old,historic hotels. We do not expect the rooms to be luxurios. This hotel is in the middle of busy Lahaina Front Street. It is close to great food and shopping. It is OLD, a litle musty, a little rustic, but to us, beautiful. It's like time-travel. We would stay there again.
