  We had a 2nd floor apartment on a 2 storey block - try to ask for the 2 storey buildings when you book. It was fantastic. The location is great, just in front of the beach.We sat on our balcony every night and watched the sun go into the sea and then the sky turn beautiful colours. It was good to be opposite the shops. We liked the pineapple in the fridge when we got the - The view of Molokini Crater, Kahoolawe, and Kameole Two was unparalleled. The morning snorkling off the rocks in front of Hale Pau Hana afforded a great variety of fishes and many green sea turtles. Our unit was superb and the other guests and staff were friendly.

  This is Hawaii's Hawaiian Hotel. We had a room on the main floor, garden view, room 178 (smoking outside). It didn't face the large area of the garden, but it did have a small garden outside our room. We enjoyed it more because it was secluded. You could see the ocean through the trees. Many lounge chairs on the grass area and under trees. It is a 5 m - The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel is built upon traditional Hawaiian values and friendliness. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel sponsors a cultural enrichment and community give-back program that encourages its employees to honor their Hawaiian culture and to participate in community ventures.   This is one of the best apartment hotels we've stayed in. And we stay in apartments always. Location is ideal for those visiting Maui, Hawaii. Though Lahaina area maybe more suitable for those who want activity. This is a quieter locality. The amenities offered by this apart-hotel are fabulous. The apartments are lavish and clean. However since this is an individual owned apartment hotel, the facilities are different in each apartment and u may not get all facilities u des - I really love the location and the comforts of home by having a condo with kitchen and laundry area.   The staff were friendly, but busy. Anyone who made noise before 8am were reminded of the quiet rule. Everything was well-regulated, including the parking- you better park between the lines or else! That's okay, I have rental property and I thought that was great. - excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Great Family/children... what people say » stay. Side note - unlike most hotels it was very very dark and quiet at night, this made for a restful night's sleep!

  This was our first trip to Maui from Canada and I booked our stay at the Courtyard because I knew we would be tired after travelling for so many hours. As it was our flights were delayed and we were so thankful the hotel was only a minute drive from the airport. The staff was excellent and very helpful which made us feel welcome. The following mor... what people say » ning we were again so thankful we had picked the Courtyard because we had to do some shopping and every store we needed, Costco, Walmart, Safeway and - The staff were very helpful with their suggestions on where to go for dinner, etc. I also liked that Starbucks Coffee was on site. Other hotel coffees tend to miss the mark. This is so important when you wake up and need to get your day started! I also loved the onsite laundry facilities - it helps keep clothes fresh since we go through many clothes with the heat and humidity.

  The oceanview is fantastic. What you want to do is simply sitting on the balcony and looking outside, sunrise to sunset, everyday. The view is so amazing that you don't want to go anywhere else. It is very near a small local foodmarket. You can find something special there. And the seller are kind. - Terrific area on Maui. Close to everything yet... what people say » quiet so it really felt like a retreat. There is a good mix of owners and renters at Sugar Beach and got to meet them at the pool. We did get a bit of information from them that was helpful in regard to best places to eat and see.
