  I liked the fact that the hotel was very well maintained and quiet although it was located very close to the busy section of the French Quarter, which I also liked. I also liked the public parking garage that was very close by and cost much less than the hotel's price of $30 per night for parking on the premises. - Very Quiet and clean.   I liked that it was in a quiet street but only a five minute walk from the hub of activity. I absolutely loved the Ruby Slipper right next door for breakfast every morning, why go anywhere else!! This place rocks!! The hotel has a general laid back feeling and Thomas at reception was a most helpful and genuine guy. A gold star for him! I've stayed all over in my time, I ain't too fussy, I loved this place, I'd stay again.good luck! - wonderful staff made you feel at home -- very helpful and joyful -- kept the room clean while we were there for 5 days -- had great recommendations and were interested in your adventures in New Orleans; and best of all the whole hotel is non-smoking!!!!!! and you can't beat the location -- access to all of NOLA at your fingertip! Can jump on any streetcar to take you around town; walking distance to French Quarter; Warehouse District and the Riverfront.

  Staff was friendly! Loved the property. Terrence, the chef at the on-site restaurant went above & beyond for us at breakfast!! Loved the Southern hospitality!! - The staff was exceptional. They greeted me and my party with a warm smile. They made us feel welcome from the moment we pulled up to the hotel.

  The location is close enough that I never had to drive anywhere, me and my fiance were able to walk everywhere anytime of day and be safe! Some of the best eateries in New Orleans where with in a easy 5 minute walk! The hotel is clean, looks beautiful, clean, and most of the staff was pretty friendly and helpful. We have decided we will stay here again on our next trip! - Night clerk (Eustice) was one of the most friendly & helpful clerks that I have ever seen at any hotel. He always called us by name. He always asked if there was anything else he could do for us & even offered to refund taxi fare when the cabbie dropped me off at the wrong Hilton! Great man--don't lose him.

  The location was nice as I was visiting lsu campus.The breakfast buffet that was included with my room was very nice. - Hard wood floors in the rooms so you know the floors are clean and not old nasty carpet. I would stay there again.

  Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Both Valet and Front desk were always prompt and willing to help. Hotel is in a great location. I would not stay anywhere else. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a great pool. Valet is $34 a day. Able to walk to or was picked up at the hotel for all excursions. It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street. I would stay there again.

  This was the most beautiful Hotel. The service was above excellent. The staff were so friendly and catered to your every need and the breakfast is out of this world. If it was a ship it would be just like the titanic. Would definetly recommend. Conviently located to everything. Cant say enough wonderful things about it.   I like that it was clean and there wasn't a lot of people walking around outside. Also, they were nice enough to refund my money back for one of my rooms because the other guest didn't show up. It was better than I thought it would be it wasn't like a lot of the reviews and said.   I Loved the comforter on our bed it was so comfortable to sleep in, and the pillows were amazing as well! The hotel it's self is very convenient, right across the way from the street car (which isn't exspensive at all) there are awesome food places all over the place, not far from the French quarter or Bourbon street, basically right where you wan... what people say » t to be, the area around the hotel is safe there is security at night that walks the property. The staff at the front desk where awesome, so very frie - This place looked little tired but the rooms were large, very clean,really great location with lots of eating places near by also street car straight across road and the staff very very helpful. Breakfast was also included and was really nice and large selection. The only negative was that we stayed the weekend of Jazz Festival and the room price nearly doubled but we would certainly stay there again loved it

  Very attractive, CLEAN, (not always what we find in this price-range of hotel in New Orleans) great breakfast. The reason we chose this motel was because it offered 24-hour shuttle to the airport. We were picking up an international traveler late at night. The shuttle driver, Neal, was so helpful, waited for us, got us to a close entrance and was ... what people say » so hospitable. We are from Louisiana, so we know well that kind of hospitality, but an outsider would have been blown away by his service. Well Done! - Did enjoy my stay. The resturant food for dinner was very good 5 star. The room was comfortable. Staff was great, friendly.

  This is our second time to stay here. We have to go to Baton rouge for doctor's visits and it is too hard to make the trip all in one day.   Excellent sitting chair in the room. Fresh baked cookie was a nice touch when we checked in. Shuttle back and forth to the airport was critical to selecting this hotel. - I was treated most kindly by all of the staff.
