  The Staff at this hotel were very accommodating. They were extremely pleasant & went above & beyond to make sure we had our needs met. Our room had a sofa bed but it didn't look very nice or supportive, so the guy (can't remember the name) came up & brought a rollaway bed b/c there weren't any other available rooms to move us to. I tho... what people say » ught that was very accommodating. The place also included breakfast & 0n wkends that bfkt included bacon & eggs - Now thats a great deal!!! Th - The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites was incredible helpful, and the friendliest hotel staff I've experienced in any city in quite some time. We got help right away with options of parking, as well as suggestions for dinner. Great experience and value for the one night we stayed in NOLA-when we return I will definitely have Comfort Inn & Suites at the top of our list!

  We stayed in this hotel the night before our flight from New Orleans airport early the next day. It was so convenient because we did not have to wake up too early and the 24/7 shuttle is so fast. The room was a regular hotel room. It was clean, although maybe the carpet was a little bit old. The shower worked very well and the bed was not the most... what people say » comfortable, but it was fair. Overall, it was a good stay, so I recommend for the kind of use we had. However, if your aim is to visit New Orleans yo - Days in is at the New Orleans airport and makes catching an early flight very eeasy.

  Staff was excellent.. Saul from the restaurant was great .dexter our waiter was outstanding..Kyle our bartender rocked TK, Andy, and Shanquilia and even the young night clerk at the front desk went above and beyond making us feel at home.

  I liked the older lady for breakfast was so sweet and kind we enjoyed her very much . The pool was nice we got to swim late and at least the bed was clean. The house keeper was very nice - It was close to the hospotal.where my son was at
