  We stayed for our anniversary and were surprised with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! Excellent service and great Downtown location. Would definitely visit again. - Room very comfortable and loved the view from the large window. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

  The Boone Tavern was a great historic hotel well situated for visiting the area around Berea. We were made very welcome as "guest of the day". The staff were very friendly and helpful.   Great location and staff were very friendly. Made an allowance on the bill to my comment about the lack of cleaning. Loved that I was able to bring my small dog. - Staff was extremely flexible and willing to make up for issues that came up. Willing to upgrade or change rooms due to broken heater and tv.

  We have been there twice within a few months apart. We have taken our youngest granddaughter both times she loves just as much as we did.we plan on bringing all of our kids and grandkids with us next year.the hotel is very clean and everyone is very nice it is in a great location

  We went to Thunder over Louisville first time and we parked in the huge parking garage. We checked in early wich was great cause we were told by the staff that it fills up quickley for this event and we wlked straight out to to the river side and set up our chairs then went walking around checking out the city. Parking, check-in, directions to different places. We needed a little extra time in our room after our daughter ran a half-marathon and we were given those few extra minutes and not made to feel rushed. That was a good feeling.
