  The clerk at the main desk was EXTREMELY pleasant and informative for us as out of towners. He provided us with excellent information and places to go.   Friendly & helpful staff...my car was hit just as I turned into the road that leads down to the hotel...they were very helpful - Loved the cleanliness. I very much appreciated the bed bug covers on the mattresses.

  I made my reservation online for a room with two queen beds. Shortly after I made the reservation, a nice gal named Carla called to verify that I indeed needed two queen beds because another guest was requiring that type of room as well, and they no longer were available.   I liked the decor - very sleek and modern. My room was comfortable and clean and the halls were quiet. I had a restful stay and good access to all the places I wanted to go in Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville. - The rooms were fabulous. Decorated so fun and such a great concept.
