  The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds.   From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb!   The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing. Music, restaurants, bars, movie theater, mall with food court all within 1 mile. Clean and safe location. Clean pool area for the family - People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

  Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. (Read negative first) However, the night desk manager helped us over to the Embassy Suites we're we were comped the night's stay as well as received free breakfast the next morning for our inconvenience. The bad thing with the Embassy Suites is that you could still smell smoke in the room even though the... what people say » y were suppose to be non-smoking. - We had a 18 hour overnight layover in Chicago and the location was perfect.
