  I loved the decor inside! Very modern, and cozy, with a great taste in design! I've never been in a hotel that had such great interior design! Everything was just "easy" for us which made the experience so great! On our last day, we checked out of the hotel, but didn't realize that our parking would only be validated until check-out time, but wit... what people say » h no reservations, the woman at the desk said she would validate our parking until 5pm so that we could leave the car parked and hit the L-Train downt - Our suite was spacious and well appointed. Loved the decor, the large glass shower, the refrigerator, and the tv on a disk that rotated toward either the sofa or the king size bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent - recommend taking the add-on to the rate if offered. We were only there one night so didn't check out the pool or fitness area.

A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs -always enjoy the Executive floor - thanks also to Ernest for going above and beyond to cater to our snack and breakfast needs

  A family trip to the football game. Lost luggage Friday through almost check out on Sunday. Extremely helpful in any way they could even shuttling us to Target for razors, etc. - It's conveniently located to Chicago's North Shore. The bed is extremely comfortable and the walk in shower is a delight.

Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due to an evening flight,it was honoured. I ended up over sleeping and had to scramble down for breakfast and got there 2 minutes before it closed and the staff in the resturant was so helpful, gathering my drinks while I put food in a to go container so that I could bring it back to my ... what people say » room. The hotel room was spotless and I had plenty of towels in my room from the start. - we got off to a late start from minneapolis to chicago, gave them a call about the late check-in loved the fact it was no problem! we checked in at 1a.m. stressfree! it was so comfortable we all were very well rested for our big weekend!
