  The housekeepers were friendly when spoken to and seemed to be happy employees. A positive sign for other aspects of the hotel. - Good value for money. Simple but good value food and wine. Room comfortable and spacious. Ideal as a stopover hotel.

We immediately went to the pool where they have a big screen on the wall to watch TV while swimming. She met a friend and they went to the arcade and played games. Roxy was working as a entertainment coordinator and she was so nice and friendly. She seemed to really keep the kids in line an they seemed to really like her.

  Get a room with a view of the falls. On an upper floor. Beautiful view of temple, falls and mountains. It may cost more but is worth it. Actually, I found the price an average one. The room was clean and big. Mattress looked brand new and was comfortable to sleep on. There is a balcony also.   The reception desk staff - Sean - was very professional and helpful. Liked the overall atmosphere. The restaurant breakfast was very good. - It was clean easy to get to and close to a lot of eating places. Would stay again if in the area.

  We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the past three years and it just keeps getting better and better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had just arrived from Germany (very late) and the night clerk went out of her way to get us juice and some fruit since we had not eaten. Thank you!

  Staff we kind and knowledgeable. Breath of fresh air with a long trip. Denny's next door was convenient and had great service! Coffee and water too in hotel was nice. - Staff was very friendly and responded to requests quickly. Room was clean and quiet for sleeping once pool closing hour was reached, which was a reasonable hour.

  The price was good and the room/bathroom was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. There were lots of extras for families such as a game room. Although they were booked solid, the motel was quiet and well-run. Nothing was impossible for the front desk - the staff handled every request promptly ... what people say » and cheerfully. - One pet peeve about most other places, even nice ones, is uncomfortable chairs. Our room at Guesthouse had a leather recliner! I enjoyed this stay much more than usual because of having a comfortable chair for once! Amazing.

  The excellent value for money, cleanliness and staff courtesy were clearly evident. Well worth the drive through the beautiful Coeur D'Alene area to get to this really good hotel. - I earned major points with my wife by treating her to a spa package. We didn't do any gambling and there was still plenty to keep us entertained for the weekend.

  We love this location and stay here every year for Hot August Nights. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. We also enjoy the pool - it is always super clean. - The price was great for us just passing through. The breakfast was ok and the rooms were ok.Not bad for what we paid and would stay again if we ever passed through again
