The pictures and details of this B&B were exactly as advertised. It
was a perfect location for our visit to the big island. Close to
volcanoes national park, mauna kea, downtown Hilo,akaka falls plus other
sites we were not aware of. John and Charlotte made us feel like family
and they provided great tips for places we wanted to visit. If
you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay on the Hilo side of
the island I highly recommend Holmes Sweet Home.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone treated us like we were the only guests. The check in, bellboy introduction and resort services all made the fairmont an experience to remember. I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything around the grounds were immaculate. The rooms are huge,clean and very well appointed. It definitely felt like paradise. Restaurants were great. Service at Ko was exceptional. There were so many loungers and plenty of grounds and pool space that you never felt crowded anywhere.

Location of the Hotel at a sandy beach where you can snorkel was a great plus for us. The room had a good layout with a very comfortable sized balcony with nice table and chairs to relax and or have breakfast in the morning. Room was very clean with all amenities.
