Very spacious, clean and comfortable space. The bathroom and kitchen were beautifully decorated and a joy to use. Maid service was good, even though we participated in the "go green Kauai" program. Parking was plentiful and just outside the door. We had an ever so small view of the ocean even though I paid for resort view. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. A beautiful, sandy beach which was good for swimming or surfing was relatively close by.
all reviews » Well appointed large rooms, nice bedding with comfortable and supportive mattresses, beautiful bathrooms, wonderfully supplied kitchen, washer and drier with detergent, great appliances, nice pool and hot tub, great location. Yes, the view is not great, but it is private and quiet and comfortable. It is hard to beat for the price. The location was perfectly situated near Poipu beach. The property was neat and clean with a great pool. The size and amenities was very nice. I was disapointed in one staff member's unwillingness to assist me the last morning of our stay, but all other staff was great, especially Janell in the Marketplace. This was a fantastic place to stay. Spacious and modern with top of the line appliances and comfort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of free activities like putting green, volleyball and soccer. Quiet and great location. Loved the rooms, proximity to shops and restaurants and the ocean. Our two young children were right at home in the room and the pool! I especially loved the way the slider walls slid open to create an indoor/outdoor living room. Beautiful!. Everything! The rooms were amazingly well-appointed, with wrap-around balconies and top of the line appliances. Spacious and comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a place we will revisit. The sandy beach was a 10-15 minute walk down the road. Loved it all! The only thing I would change is the big rock island in the middle of the kiddie pool. It's kind of dangerous for babes. Maybe extend that area so it has a 1ft section that isn't part of the rock. Can't think of anything. If you want to hang all day at the beach - this is not for you. Nearst beach is 15 min walk (measured) at the Sheraton. Nothing. I'd definitely go back again. the internet service was a bit annoying as we had to continually reconnect. Some unsightly construction. Not on the beach front (not far), no hotel services. I wanted to join the Wyndham point program and tried to give my completed application to the front desk twice but both times they said I had to do it online/myself.The application said to turn it in at the front desk before check-out so I was a bit perturbed. Nothing. Ocean view is not right on ocean. U are actually far from the ocean. Back area very dirty. Needs some landscaping or something.
