  The Modern is a fantastic place to stay. This was our second trip there and we loved every minute. We stayed longer this time and still didn't want to leave, The staff are just lovely, the rooms are stunning and well thought out, the views are divine, the interior design is gorgeous, the pool is divine, the other guests are always interesting,r... what people say » ooms, the gym is great, the spa was divine, great massage, the food was excellent and we ate there alot. Its easy walking distance to the Mall and in - Super friendly staff-from desk clerks to runners to room service; the room was modern and tasteful, great for work, and very comfortable and peaceful; the pools are lovely; room service was great; above all, it is a beautiful boutique hotel which is much nicer than any surrounding accommodations and for a better price. I couldn't recommend it any more highly!

  The pool and location were amazing. We lounged around the pool almost every day and enjoyed the friendly service of the waitress that passed by. The hotel is right on the beach and a very short walk to Whaler's Village (a shopping mall). If that is not enough stores, Lahaina has more and the Westin provides a shuttle service that leaves every hour ... what people say » to Lahaina. - The property was gorgeous and child friendly.   Free shuttle to and from airport is great. Our room was neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a laundry room on our floor ( we did one load of wash), and for future reference noted the microwave, empty refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Also liked that there was a stamp machine and an atm machine available. Seems like a lot of - We stayed for one night before continuing on with our vacation. Loved the size of the hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, lovely pool area. Enjoyed walking in the area and going to Byron's. We would definately stay here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. We walked thru the Best Western but preferred your hotel, less busy and more personal and friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind). Location was great - very picturesque and away from the city centre (though still accessible via the courtesy shuttle bus). - Everything was great.... what people say » .facilities, service, staff.   We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   We exited the taxi and were welcomed to the Four Seasons with a lei, which we expected. A porter took us to the check-in desk at 11:00 A.M. where only one girl was working. The check-in girl snapped at the porter stating she was already serving someone. Dave came on the scene and checked us in and walked us to the elevator answering all our quest... what people say » ions. Our room was upgraded and ready. We were able to charge our ipod, ipad, iphone 4, iphone 5 all at the same time. I cut my finger on the razor in - The staff were very welcoming from when we first arrived. Throughout our stay we were recognized and equipt for with no trouble. All staff were brilliant at remembering our names which was very impressive. Everyone had their role to maximize the fine detail around the hotel, the design was beautiful and the lay out was very nice. Rooms were spacious and homely. I would definatly recommend this hotel.

  Maui is a beautiful small island and Kahului is conveniently located to explore the many sites it has to offer or get on exiting tours. The hotel has an excellent activity desk that helps book tours/shuttles and advises which sites to visit. The bus service from Kahului is good and cheap to visit the south side of the island for swimming or snor... what people say » keling. The hotel room appeared to have been refurbished fairly recently. - Staff was very polite. Rooms were clean beds made bathrooms clean. Saturday night prime rib and crab buffet was excellent. Very affordable and the setting was very nice. Should I ever visit Maui again I will be sure to stay at Maui beach hotel.
