Was just a one night stay leaving Honolulu early in the morning... staff great, helped with info to get into town, room great, clean, comfortable, and free pick up from airport on way back from islands, and then early drop off at 5 am... Only stayed overnight for flight the next day, but found the hotel very comfortable and staff very helpful and accomodating. Proximity to airport is most convenient, and also, bus stop where I took bus to the Ala Moana shopping plaza.

Ability to have extended checkout of 6 hrs for good price because of late flight. We used this hotel as a stopover before flying on to Maui. It was a good choice as it was 5 minutes from the airport and there was a courtesy shuttle. Near the Airport which was all I was looking for. Free internet. I was only there on a layover, and I didn't see anything that jumped out at me. Location. We came from New Jersey and had no available island hopper to get to big island that night. If you understand that this hotel is not for a long holiday stay, but rather a short one for connection/transfer or other, you will be happy and won't find negative side. Not good value for money compared to hotels in Waikiki. Pillows were uncomfortable. no restaurant for dinner. Pool opening times too limited. hotel is next to large highway so it can get a bit noisy. noisy - thin walls older hotel. No shuttle service going to Waikiki. Noisy location coz it's close to the highway. No tour available. The fact that you have to pay for the parking, I understand it should be a fee, but $22 per night I think it is way too much and just make the accommodation more difficult. In our case we thought it was too expensive and we ended up looking for a parking spot outside, which makes difficult for carrying the luggage to the room. The taxes were extremely high!!! The cost per room was too high!.
